Louis Vuitton is a high-end luxury French fashion and leather merchandise brand headquartered in Paris. The late Louis Vuitton Malletier founded the company and it is well known in the fashion world for its designer handbags, luggage and other fashion accessories.

Louis Vuitton is a brand that stands out and is marked with a reputation for exceptionally high quality, style, product materials and workmanship. With an assortment of designer colors and styles the Louis Vuitton brand is distinctive and elegant.

The brand is very popular among socialites, fashion models, movie moguls and fashion conscious shoppers. The products are routinely featured in the most popular fashion magazines.

Could you be duped into buying one?

Because of the popularity of Louis Vuitton designer products and their status symbol standing in the market place, some manufactures began to copy these products.

Although the authentic products have been available all over the world for decades, the Louis Vuitton products began to appear in some of the developing countries in many different markets. Shoppers could buy Louis Vuitton replica purses and get the same designer look as the originals but pay much less. Inevitably, Louis Vuitton replica purses appeared in the United States.

Louis Vuitton Replica Purses – Unlawful Duplication

Louis Vuitton replica purses and other merchandise are unlawful copies of the designer’s work. In the United States these goods violate the laws protecting designers and other artists. The manufactures that turn out these replicas take great care to copy the originals in great detail.

For most shoppers, it is very difficult to differentiate between the real product and a fake. Many shoppers pay top dollar for Louis Vuitton replica purses believing they are purchasing the original designer brand. Needless to say, they are very disappointed when they find out it’s a fake.

Some shoppers know they are buying a replica and couldn’t be happier with their newfound imitation status symbol. They want to appear fashionable and do not care that these Louis Vuitton replica purses are not products of the company that first designed them. Law enforcement agencies constantly put forth efforts to remove Louis Vuitton replica purses and products from the marketplace. But to date they are still out there, so buyers beware.

In the early 1800’s, Louis Vuitton began as a luggage packer for the rich Parisian families. He learned his trade well and with some intuitive ideas and a lot of hard work, decided to try his hand at designing his own luggage. His luggage was specifically designed to fit perfectly, while being stacked, in luggage cars. Louis Vuitton created his own company in the year 1854.

Louis Vuitton designed his luggage with such wonderful style and the craftsmanship was superb, that many people took to his luggage and his business started to boom. Even as early as 1854, Louis Vuitton had to deal with other companies making replicas of his luggage. People would buy these replicas, accidently thinking it was the original Louis Vuitton, only to find out later, after carefully inspecting the luggage that it was indeed a fake. Louis Viutton started to put the LV onto the luggage, making it easier for people to know that they have an original and not a replica.

Eventually, Louis Vuitton began making handbags. The first handbag was created in the year 1888. It was called the damier canvas design. It was originally created to carry 5 champaign bottles at a time, but soon gained the popularity to be carried as an everyday handbag. Women everywhere were carrying around the damier canvas design and Louis Vuitton soon realized that he had a great hit with this new line of luggage. Right after this, Louis Vuitton began creating more and more handbags for everyday use.

Even today, companies still try to immitate and outsell the Lous Vuitton handbags, but to no avail. Louis Vuitton is still at the top of the handbag industry.

With its wonderful designs, certain to set the trend for any given year, and its quality craftmanship, Louis Vuitton handbags will be around for many years to come.

In recent years, crossover has become the trend of fashion and events like actors/actresses turn fashion designers, or fashion designers joining furniture brands no longer make news. Maybe the attraction of tourism is indeed difficult to resist that many well-known luxury brands coincidentally crossover into the tourism industry and all of a sudden, luxury brands running a hotel, publishing a tourist guidebook or setting up a tourist agency have become the most in fashion things to do. With their consistent fame and reputation, luxury brands’ crossover actions have drawn the earnest attention of fashion tourists’ worldwide.

Louis Vuitton publishing tourist guidebook

Not long ago, Louis Vuitton has invited Li Gong, Joan Chen and Qi Shu to feature in its audio city guidebook Soundwalk for Beijing, Shanghai and Hong Kong respectively, which has attracted many fashion people. In fact, Louis Vuitton has long history of involvement in the tourism industry. Since 1998, every year they publish an English version of Louis Vuitton City Guide which mainly focus on the European cities and will introduce big cities in America and Asia, such as New York and Tokyo. The Louis Vuitton City Guide describes in detail the latest travel information of each city, including scenery spots, hotels, transportation, gourmet and etc. In accordance with the brand’s rigorous style, the category entries of the Louis Vuitton City Guide’s are written in great details and earned it the name of “tourists’ fashion Bible”. Much attention has been paid to the LV City Guide since its issue date and with its cutting-edge fashion taste, its tourist guidebook also leads the trend. The Louis Vuitton City Guide indeed hasn’t failed people’s expectation that it changes its cover page according to the year’s fashion trends just like its new collection does, binding the guidebook using most distinctive pattern, which results in its value of collection and many people buy it as a gift.

The 2009 edition of Louis Vuitton City Guide has been published. A lot of new information has been added on the base of last year’s edition and newly joint cities include Athletic Bilbao of Spain, Nicosia of Cyprus, Turin of Italy and Reykjavik of Iceland. In total, 30 European cities have been selected and more than 7500 local address directories are recorded. Moreover, the recorded tourism entries have been more diversified, for example, the guidebook used to record posh restaurants only, but now characteristic restaurants are also introduced; hotels recorded range from luxurious grand hotels and distinctive small hotels; and readers can find much information about the local flea markets. It is said that the guidebook is getting younger in its content which is in accordance with the brand’s development direction and no more a privilege of the superrich. Compared with the high prices of Louis Vuitton’s products, the guidebook only sells from € 25 each, a price acceptable to the common people; after all, it’s a Louis Vuitton item!

Bulgari, Versace running luxury hhotels

Among the hotels run by luxury brands, the ones operated by Bulgari and Versace have won the finest fame. Although these two brands don’t run many hotels, each of their hotels is the cheese, and from LV online community replicaestore.com,we can see this hotels have gain great recognition.

The first hotel of Bulgari, an Italian brand world famous for its jewelry, started business on May 18, 2004 in Milan. Located in Milan’s best-known high-end shopping and cultural center, neighboring the Milan Orto Botanico Botanical Garden, this five star luxury hotel is unique to its idea of luxury services that its 58 rooms enjoy the privilege of an incomparable 4,000 square meters private garden. In September 2006, Bulgari opened its luxury resort in Bali, next to the Uluwatu Temple in the southern tip of the Jimbaran Peninsula. The resort follows the luxury mould of its first hotel in Milan, and the best thing about it is the geographic location that guests can feast the beauty of the Indian Ocean directly from the private villas built along the cliff.

Different from Bulgari hotels’ lavishness, the Versace hotels are full of art. Located on the Gold Coast in Queensland, Australia, the Palazzo Versace Hotel which started business in September 2000 carries the luxury Baroque style of Renaissance. The details of its ceiling, outer walls, pillars and etc. successfully replicate the Europe’s aristocratic private residence in the 17th and 18th century. The 205 hotel rooms are magnificent also, with some of them equipped with private swimming pools, no wonder they win the favor of the celebrity and aristocrat who value privacy. The Versace hotel in Dubai started construction in May 2007, and is expected to start business in 2009. There will be 215 suites and two presidential suites over 1,200 square meters in this hotel covering an area of 130,000 square meters, whose sumptuosity is worth looking forward to.

agnès b. opening tourism concept store

The popular French clothing brand agnès b. is full of innovation and opened the world’s first tourism concept store in Causeway Bay, Hong Kong, offering the concept products and souvenirs related to tourism. The brand designer agnès b. loves travelling a lot and her aim of opening a tourism concept store is to enable their brand fans to experience the cultures and arts of different countries in a same space. This tourism concept store agnès b.La Maison sur l’ eau (meaning water villa in French) indeed fulfills the designer’s dream of people “travel around the world following agnès b.”in the store since everything inside, from the decoration design to the products on display is tourism-related.

agnès b. tourism concept store

Designer has chosen her favorite white as the main color. The simple and chic design accords with the brand’s consistent style. The most popular Voyage series is their featured products, including fashion clothes and bags suitable for travelling, document folders, luggage tags, instant cameras, travel books, CD and even personal items like slippers, socks, toothbrush, eyeshades and etc. , almost like a tourism grocery.

The agnès b. tourism concept store changes its theme every four months, that is to redecorate the store with the tourist destination country as its theme, to display and sell the characteristic limited edition tourism souvenirs purchased from the local. Lately, the agnès b. Hong Kong tourism concept store uses decorations of Argentine characteristic like colorful houses in its white background with Argentina as its theme country, enable people to feel as if they were in this “Paris of South America”. Shoppers can find trophies like lovely patchwork dolls, leather decorations, nostalgic iron cups and etc. brought back by the brand’s designing team. If customers want more, they can buy a tourist guidebook made by agnès b. to have further understanding of the Argentina in agnès b.’s mind.(trackback:http://www.replicaestore.com / designer handbags/ louisv uitton)

A Nifty Surprise from Louis Vuitton

Inherited from Classic, Delicacy & Creativity Brew Surprise

—the Louis Vuitton Monogram Canvas 2009 New Model

By flashing a glance at Madonna’s ad campaign for Louis Vuitton in which this charming singer holds this Louis Vuitton 2009 new model in graceful yoga moves, I guess devoted followers of Louis Vuitton may immediately be able to tell which series this handbag belongs to from its pattern and straps.

Although I myself am no loyal fan of the Louis Vuitton Monogram Canvas series, I do think this newly launched handbag brings in a breath of fresh air. After a careful observation, I end up with a much greater passion for her, Miss’ lv-M95901’.

The most special and attractive feature of this new model is the pendant bead chain design. We can see a thread through the two grommets and eight small holes barely large enough for a piece of string tightening the cover of the handbag and thus formed a casual and nifty drape on the leather cover’s edge, giving the somewhat prudish Monogram Canvas a female charm and a sense of romance. As for the pendant bead chains hanging on each end of the thread, they bring to this handbag vitality! Remember the most popular DIY handwork back in our little girl’s days? Yea, pick out and buy the beads and buttons that catch your eyes, and then string them into pins or rubber bands according to the styles and colors you like, and at last a unique bracelet or necklace of your own is created.

This unique bead chains design lends color to the handbag by mixing and matching round beads of various shapes and colors with rectangular decorations. Moreover, the adjustable thread allows users to change the drape of the handbag cover’s edge. Will the unaffected drape and the nifty colorful bead chains that swing with the pace of your walk remind you of your happy childhood when you are walking in the buoyant and airy rhythm from this Louis Vuitton Monogram Canvas lv-M95901?

It’s a pity that I can’t find any detailed feature shots of this new model from GOOGLE IMAGE’s search results, so I fall back on replicaestore.com for some photos and present them here with Madonna’s poster.

“Inherited from classic, delicacy and creativity brew surprise” is my comment for this new Louis Vuitton handbag, and how about yours?(trackback url: http://www.replicaestore.com/mo/contents-id-48/A-Nifty-Surprise-from-Louis-Vuitton.html)

Getting the best deal on handbags all about considering your options

Some people head to the mall or the designer store for their designer handbags and Louis Vuitton Handbags, but they would be the lesser shoppers. Yes, that\\’s right. We have uttered those fighting words. They aren\\’t the best shoppers.

Of course, for many people, price is not a consideration and they are focused on getting the items they want and they don\\’t necessarily have to find the best deal, get the best bag for the price, or find the discount coupon. But the reality for most of us is that we want the good deal. Even if we don\\’t need to find the deal, we still want to be able to say to our friends, \\”Isn\\’t it gorgeous? Wait until you hear the deal I got on it.\\”

For you, we offer some tips to getting the best deal on your designer handbag

First, consider a knockoff handbag. That is, you don\\’t necessarily need the real thing. Many knockoffs are high quality bags that still far exceed in looks and quality the cheaper mass-produced bags you can also buy. You can buy knockoff handbags and you can buy the real thing. If you allow yourself both, you might be able to increase the number of handbags in your collection.

Second, shop online. True, you don\\’t get to bring the bag home in a handled shopping bag with the store name on the front, and you have to wait about a week to see and use your new bag, but in return for shopping online, you will undoubtedly get a better deal. You can shop a variety of stores and sellers, comparison shop and end up with a great deal on your designer handbag.

Third, consider heading directly to the designer for a bag. You might do this online by visiting the designer\\’s website and finding the deals, or going to an outlet handbag store located in your town or neighboring town. The benefit here is often there will be samples, slightly irregular or last season\\’s bags sold for mere pennies on the dollar. You might even be able to get into a wholesale handbag deal.

Finally, think about how you get deals in other areas of your life and apply that to your handbag hunt. Do you like to visit discount stores online for deals? Check out the handbag sections of these stores for discounts on designer handbags. Once you do your research and consider your options, you quickly realize that there are creative and affordable ways to add a designer handbag to your collection. Look around online! The internet is a huge marketplace and you can often fine some great deals out there. Just be carefull and make sure to follow the handbag tips on LouisPurses.com that help you from getting ripped off.

How to Buy Authentic Louis Vuitton handbags & Prada handbags at Low Prices on eBay?

This guide is brought to you by Zimply.Marvelous! As the title suggests, this guide is designed to help you to find authentic Louis Vuitton or Prada handbags at low prices on eBay. Things that you’ll learn in this guide don’t limit to Louis Vuitton and Prada alone as you can use your knowledge to buy Balenciaga, Gucci & etc. This guide is not the typical eBay guides on how to identify a fake Prada or Louis Vuitton handbag from a real one. I focus heavily on how you can buy cheap, authentic handbags in good condition on eBay.

Let me start off by introducing myself. My name is Paolo and I’m a shopoholic . If you are curious to know why a guy has so much knowledge on handbags and shopping, please click here to visit my “About Me” page. I’ve been buying on eBay for a while now and what prompted me to write this guide is the fact that I feel terrible for the people who pay hundreds of their hard earned money on some fake purse that can be bought in Chinatown for a fraction of what they pay. It’s my wish that you will find this guide helpful at the end.

What’s Cheap?
What’s cheap to me may not be cheap to you, so let me define my definition of cheap. Of course my standard varies from brand to brand and model to model, but as a general rule, I consider something’s fair if I could buy it for 20% of its original retail price. So if a handbag retails for $1000 and I can buy it for $200, that’s fair to me (again, this varies from brand to brand. You would be very, very lucky to buy authentic LV handbags for 20% of its costs). Of course, the condition of the bags has to be excellent. I can tolerate some minor scratches from general use, but I’ve never purchased anything with flaws, ripe, stain, holes & etc. The key here is to find cheap authentic bags that are in great condition.

Myth: If the price is too good to be true, it has to be fake.
This is probably one of the common advices from other review guides. I personally don’t believe in this statement and I have proven many times that the statement is wrong. I purchased an authentic Louis Vuitton Abbesses Messenger for $210 instead of $1120 in Louis Vuitton (if you do some research on LV Abbesses, people would even pay $350+ for a fake one on eBay). I bought an authentic Prada hobo bag for little over $110, which retails in Neiman for $960, and I can go on and on and on. I’ll show you in the next section on how to buy like me. My point here is that if you always believe the statement is true, you’ll never find a good bargain, which is what eBay is all about. There are good deals out there, you just have to find them. A word of caution: If an authentic handbag has a low buy-it-now price, I would approach this with extreme caution and make sure I know what I’m buying.

In order to find a good bargain on authentic handbags, you must know how to tell a fake one from an authentic one. Here are some general tips on how to identify and avoid buying fake Louis Vuitton, Prada and other designer handbags.

1) Get to know the item: You have to know what you are buying. If you are buying a LV Papillon, you better know the bag inside and out. Use the Internet to help you. If you are buying on eBay, chances are you have access to the Internet. Take advantage of today’s technology. Google the item you want to buy and learn as much as you can on that bag. Visit their official website and check out the bag’s features. Take a trip down to your local Neiman, Saks & official boutiques on a weekend and familiarize yourself with the bag. ** While you are there, make sure you document some unusual features only found on authentic items so you can ask the sellers later on.

2) Make sure you know how to distinguish a real one from a fake one: Google “xxxxxx buying guide” and you’ll find many helpful guides on how to identify real and fake handbags. If you know friends who can authenticate handbags, ask them to give you a hand. If you don’t want to do the work, I offer Louis Vuitton and Prada authentication service for a small fee and if you are interested, please click here to find out more.

3) Ask sellers many, MANY questions: If you’ve done all your research homework, you should know your item’s features very well. So when you see an item you like, ask them all the SPECIFIC feature questions. Remember I mentioned to document some unusual features only found in authentic items before? Here’s a great chance to ask the seller. Don’t forget to get all the answers from the seller too. I found many sellers only answer certain questions and purposely avoid others. If you notice the sellers skipped questions 4 and 8, reply back and ask them again. If the sellers answer your questions without really answering, it’s a pretty good sign that the bag is not authentic. Sellers who know their bags are authentic have nothing to hide and will always answer all your questions. Yes, never bid on an item if the seller doesn’t reply to your questions.

4) Avoid asking generic questions: Please don’t ask generic questions and just take their answers for it. I read many times the buyer asks “Is this authentic?” and the seller says “sure is, 100% authentic”. Hmmm…okay… how so!!! Everyone would say their product is authentic. I’ve never came across a listing where they list out that they are selling a replica Prada bag. If there was, eBay would have deleted the posting anyway. If you don’t know what you are buying, at least ask some prove of authenticity and follow up questions. 100% authenticity guarantee doesn’t do the trick either. What it means is just an exchange of money back and forth. Sellers usually require you to pay for your own shipping if you want to ship it back (some sellers will specifically ask you to use Fedex or UPS to ship back and we all know how much that would cost). The high shipping cost that you have to pay is sometimes enough to buy a fake one in Chinatown anyway, so the 100% authenticity guarantee really doesn’t mean anything. Don’t waste your money on unnecessary shipping.

5) Don’t get fooled by feedbacks, seller’s status and guarantees: I’ll probably get many hate mails from the sellers, but be VERY careful when buying from “trusted powersellers”. You have probably browsed through many listings that says something like “trusted power seller with 5000+ positive feedbacks. 100% authentic so bid with confidence.” Please don’t get me wrong that some do sell authentic items, but many others don’t. More importantly, don’t get fooled by the number of positive feedbacks a seller has. Many buyers on eBay simply don’t know what they are buying; hence even though they have a fake handbag, they think they have an authentic one and leave a positive feedback for the seller. Only when the bag meets her authentic cousin, then they realize they have a fake bag. My point here is that don’t get fooled by the number of positive feedbacks and their selling status. I don’t care if they are platinum, gold, silver, powerseller, power ranger, or whatever. ** The only one I believe is trust worthy when buying Louis Vuitton is mypoupette. But again, those with the the mypoupette status usually set their prices high and it’s highly unlikely that you’ll get a good bargain on those items because everyone else knows the bag is real. *** If a seller sells many bags of the same style, I would be very careful about the seller and the item. I would say 9.5 out of 10 that the item is fake.

6) Never bid with less than 24 hours without researching: You are browsing for a handbag and all the sudden you see one you really like but it only has 3 hours left. You quickly rush to ask shipping and authenticity questions but only got a reply with 30 mins left to go. You are all hyped up, but still have to decide 1) what’s my max bid, 2) am I paying too much, and most importantly 3) is this bag really authentic. I’m sure we have all encountered many similar scenarios, because I have. My point here is that never bid on an item with less than 24 hours without prior research. Leave yourself with at least 24 hours to talk to the seller. From my experience, sellers usually take at least 12 hours to reply your questions and if you are asking follow up questions, chances are that 24 hours may not be enough. Why we have to ask questions you ask. Two reasons: 1) I rarely see a listing with enough information on it to determine whether a bag is worth bidding. 2) If there isn’t enough info on the listing to determine if the bag is authentic, the only other way is through asking them questions.

7) Leave your excitement at the door: For you ladies who are familiar with poker, you will know this advice. Shopping on eBay is like shopping in a mall. My advice to both type of shopping is that if you see something you really like, walk away, browse through the entire mall first, then come back and decide if you truly like the item. Of course, if you have tons of cash to burn, you can shop til you drop. But for the other common folks with a budget, calm yourself down first before you buy anything. You make the most mistakes when you are bidding purely on excitement, pressure, or adrenaline, not on facts and research. Take a chill pill, calm yourself and focus on facts and research.

Research the street price and set your budget: If you are looking to buy a specific model, make sure you know the ballpark price on eBay, fake or real. What I usually do is that I research the average winning bid for the model I want to buy and I set my budget according to my research. I usually set my maximum bid as the average closing bid. This way I know I’ll never overpay for an item. ***** Once you set your budget, DO NOT change it. I know it’s always tempting to go over your budget whenever you get the outbid message, especially on an item you’ve been looking for a long time. But resist yourself. Take a deep breath, bite your tongue (or fingers) and walk away once you are out-bided. If you’ve done your research, you know the bag doesn’t worth that much and the higher bidder is overpaying for the item. Believe me, there’s no such thing as one in a lifetime chance to buy a handbag on eBay. You will always have a chance to bid for another similar item in the future, usually at better prices too.

You’ve done your homework and are ready to find a true bargain on eBay. Let me share with you some tips on how to spot a true authentic designer handbags at low prices. This is not going to be easy because it takes time, hard work and patient to find a real authentic bargain.

1. Listings with blurry picture and short description: how many times have we seen listings with only one blurry picture and a one line description? When most people see a listing with one blurry photo, they would usually click the back button and continue with their search. Now, I’m not saying all poorly written listing is a hidden gem, but you never know. You’ll be surprised that many sellers actually have more pictures on the item, but they don’t post it because it costs them more to post. For the sellers who don’t have additional pictures, if you ask them nicely, they might take some and send them to you and you might just find a hidden gem.

2. Listing with a new seller with no or few feedbacks: Many people have a policy that they will only buy handbags from sellers with certain % of feedback score. I’m not against such thinking; however, you should never skip a posting because they have little or few feedbacks. Remember, we are all a newbie on eBay once. If you do find a hidden gem from a seller with no or few feedbacks, you should approach with caution and definitely use your facts and research on the bag. Communication is very important.

3. Listing that ends on Wednesday and Friday night: eBay claims that the busiest time with the most traffic is during Saturdays and Sundays around evening time. Now, this is great news for sellers; however, it’s not good news for buyers because you just have that much more competition for your bag. eBay also claims that Wednesdays and Fridays are usually slower with less traffic. This is great news for the buyers, so keep an eye out for bags that end on Wednesdays and Fridays.

4. Listing with spelling error: Another fantastic way to find hidden gems. You’ll be surprised how many sellers actually don’t use spell check for their listings. Examples: “Ferragamo” vs. “Ferragano”, “Marc Jacobs” vs. “Marc Jacob”, “Louis Vuitton” vs. “Louis Vuiton”. These listings with spelling errors usually have fewer hits because most people don’t find them, so be sure to take advantage of the seller’s mistake.

These are some of my tips and I hope that you find it helpful for your next bargain hunt.

If you want the comfort of knowing you are buying an authentic item, try my authentication service.

First things first, when you have finished reading this guide open a new browser page and enter My Poupette.com recommended or MyPoupette.com is it fake and read until your heart’s content and become more enlightened. Now, what I have to say is when buying a designer handbag on ebay remember rule #1 is that pictures are EVERYTHING and rule #2 is that you CANNOT trust pictures. It does not matter whether the salesperson is a power seller, a MyPoupette seller or any other kind of seller if they do not supply CLOSEUP pictures of the bag and/or paperwork so that you can discern whether the bag is authentic. If adequate pictures are not shown then DO NOT BID because MORE than likely you are about to be ripped! If you are spending your money on their item then you DESERVE to know what you are getting! Do not be shy, ask questions like where did you get the bag and how can you prove its authenticity? Ask for pictures of ALL logo plates or embossments, serial numbers, holograms, authenticity tags, engraved hardware and strap attachments because you will find authenticity in the small details. If you receive no reply move on to the next item. The more info you gather the more info you will have to dipsute the transaction if it comes to that. Lock sellers in on the facts. Always email them through ebay. Ask them to email you additional pictures of the item and compare those to the ones already shown. If you are refused additional pictures then you might suspect whether the pictures shown are of the actual bag. If extra pictures are provided look at the backgrounds to see that all pictures are taken in the same location. If the items in the pictures look like they are floating in the air without any background then beware because the bag you are about to buy is probably just as groundless. Pictures like these are usually taken from the handbag designers own website so of course the bag looks authentic! Also, if the picture is so tight that there is no background at all beware because these photos may have been stolen and identifing features removed so that instead of seeing the whole bag you see a picture of a bag with the side, top or bottom cut from it. So compare pictures of bags from each seller because I have come across these problems personally at a POWER SELLERS site! You can actually find yourself bidding on an item and not even having a true picture of it to view. If a person is going to sell on ebay then they need to invest in a digital camera so they can supply EXCELLENT photos of their items. If you are going to buy designer bags from ebay then you need to invest in a magnifing glass and if you cannot count the stitches on the bag then the photo is inferior and you need to move on to the next item. Blurry small don’t-show-much photos are meant to mislead you and once misled, then fleeced! If you cannot supersize the picture move on to the next item. Some replicas look so real it is hard to tell them from the real thing and you need a magnifier to tell the difference!
Realize that MOST “authentic” designer handbags on ebay are FAKE! Authentic Fendi spy bags, Chloe paddingtons, Balenciaga city bags, Louis Vuitton multi-colored bags and others of these high end designer handbags are going to cost you almost always over $1000.00. YOU WILL NOT GET THEM FOR 3, 4, 5 or $600.00 unless they are USED and DAMAGED!! If the seller does not guarentee their item with an item return and money back policy then move on to the next item. Remember FAKE bags have authentic features, such as lampo or ykk zippers, authentic looking monogram placement, dust bags, authencity tags, controllato cards, serial numbers, made in Italy embossments, ID plates, holograms, care booklets, logo designer hardware and RECEIPTS!!!! If you cannot find an authentic bag to compare the item to, then find a fake and compare it. For example if you see a new Chloe paddington with a buy it now option for $399.99 then you have your fake, start comparing! You can go to a store on ebay like 88caviar, montecarloclub or thehuangfamily to find an AUTHENTIC BAG, then do a comparison or you can go into buying handbags and set a monetary begin amount of $1000.00 and leave the end amount open and see what pops up and find a comparison there.
Designers are a repetitive bunch and each style bag will have an EXACT pattern that is followed. Nothing varies EVER. The pattern on a Louis Vuitton multi-color speedy 30 is always the same on EVERY speedy 30 bag. The colors vary but the pattern location will be the same. If you notice the key pocket attached to the bag you will see the logo embossed on it NEVER goes above the fourth stitch. The same with leather logo patches sewn inside LV bags, each line of the logo lines up with a stitch ALWAYS, but there is nothing at the first stitch and nothing at the last stitch giving the logo a centered look. The ID plate on any style designer bag is always located in the same place inside each stlye bag with the same number of stitches attaching it and nothing is ever glued. There is nothing hap-hazard about true designer bags. The same number of stitches are used and each stitch is the same size! Also, you do not have stitch lines that cross over each other making the bag have stitch x’s such as some of the fake Fendi spy bags have on top of their flaps. If you cannot get a picture of the top of the flap of a Fendi spy bag do not bid on it! Compare the authenticiy label inside the fendi bag you would like to bid on with a bag from one of the ebay stores I mentioned and look closely at the spacing. You can see a world of difference if the item is fake. Handbag designers are perfectionist when it comes to their products. Zippers glide smoothly, hardware is weighty, everything is exact, nothing falls off. Everything used is of HIGH quality. A designers monogram logo will never be cut in half at the top of a bag, inside or outside.
Research the bag you want before bidding so you know what to look for. As I pointed out you will find its authenticity in the small details. Shop and bid with extreme caution in order to avoid costly mistakes. Do nothing in haste. I would be cautious of anything private such as private seller feedback and private bid listings. I was in a quick paced bidding war at a private bid listing site and lost because of my slow computer. The next thing I know I am getting an email telling me the item was still available at the high ending price if I would like it. This made me wonder if I had been bidding against the seller! As a result I do not like anything done privately unless they are a MyPoupette seller.
If you cannot find an authentic bag within your price range then research the fake designer inspired bags. They differ in quality and some are better than others, but they are not worth more than $50.00 to $400.00 depending on the bag style and whether the bag is a mirror image or not, so do not pay more than that for them unless you want to double someones profit.
Watch out for smooth talkers and keep your wits about you!
